Return policy:
No Returns. These shipments are very perishable. If you specify delivery, please be sure that a recipient is there to receive it or we will be forced to leave it at your own risk. Reimbursement made for product damaged during shipment. Contact company within 24 hrs of receiving damaged product.

No Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We cannot guarantee product or shipping schedules for situations beyond our control. ie: weather, storms, national security situations, incorrect shipping information. Our guarantee for shipping is in accordance with the shipping guarantee provided to us by UPS and Fed-Ex.

Steak Box orders shipped to the following states will have the option for UPS Ground delivery: MN, IO, MO, WI, IN, MI, OH, KY, TN, AL, GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, PA, NY, NJ, DE, MD. FedEx 2 day and FedEx Priority Overnight options are offered at additional charge to all states.

Salad Dressing is shipped UPS Ground to all states. A surcharge is added for the following states: AK, HI, WA, CA, OR, ID, NV, AZ, UT, MT, WY, CO, NM, TX, ND, SD, FL, ME. FedEx 2 day and FedEx Priority Overnight options are offered at additional charge to all states.

Shipment tracking numbers are provided in email order confirmations.

Order Processing and Timing
Steak Boxes: Orders are shipped on Monday & Tuesday. Orders must be submitted by Friday at 5:00 pm for shipment on the following Monday or Tuesday. Steakboxes ordered for pick up at The Pine Club will be available after 5:00 PM the next day (closed Sundays).

Salad Dressing and Gift Certificates: Orders are typically shipped the following day after receipt of order.

Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct shipping surcharge errors without notice. If a packaging or state shipping surcharge is omitted from an order, we may add the correct amount without notice.
